Team Registration

Celebrate the season with friends by creating a team! It’s easy as pumpkin pie:

1) The first person to sign up creates the team.

2) That person is the designated team captain. They will enter a team name and then finish their own registration.

3) Then, they can share the team name and password so others can join!

The sweetest part? Each team member will save $5 on their registration!

The team captain does not have to sign everyone up. Rather, each team member can sign up and pay for their own registration, all while still receiving $5 off!

Can I walk the course?

Absolutely! In fact, about 1/3 off all participants choose to walk the course. You’ll have a bunch of support and we’ll be waiting for you at the finish line to cheer you on!

Volunteer

We always need volunteers to help make the race a success. There are several shifts to choose from when signing up as a volunteer. Besides having a great time at a beautiful farm, you’ll receive:

-Choice of a FREE race registration or a donation made to Girls on the Run

-Exclusive volunteer shirt + beanie

Down to help out? View available shifts here!

Participant Guide

The official Participant Guide will be posted here a week prior to race day.

Parking

Parking is complimentary and held at the orchard, just steps away from the start line. Please help minimize traffic by carpooling with a friend if possible.

We suggest arriving an hour prior to your wave start time. For example, if you signed up for the 9:20AM wave, you should arrive no later than 8:20AM.

Packet Pick-up

You have two options to receive your packet:

Friday Night: Swing by the orchard the night before the race from 4-6PM to grab your packet. This will help avoid any race day lines and make race morning even easier!

Race Day: Race day packet pick-up will be held at the orchard beginning at 7AM. If waiting until race morning, we suggest arriving at least an hour and a half prior to your wave start time.

Wave Options

During registration, you’ll need to choose a wave. Waves are small groups and have designated start times which are spaced out every ten minutes beginning at 9:00AM and ending at 9:50AM.

Not sure what wave is best for you? No worries! We suggest choosing one now as you can always edit it later. Waves are limited in size, so signing up today provides the best choice in wave start time!

Merchandise

Whether you’re looking for training gear for the warmer months ahead or something cozier for those cool fall days, Gourdy’s General Store has you covered!

Browse the ever-popular Training Tank Top, Crewneck Sweater, and more. Plus, if you spend $50+, you’ll earn free shipping!

Results

Results will be posted shortly after the race concludes!

A-MAIZE-ING SWAG.

Beyond the experience, you’ll also receive swag that’s perfect for the season. From the lightweight tech hoodie to the finisher medal, all are designed with fall running in mind!

2018

LIGHTWEIGHT TECH HOODIE

We reveal the lightweight tech hoodie design every summer. In the meantime, swipe to see versions from previous seasons.
2019

LIGHTWEIGHT TECH HOODIE

Perfect for layering on early morning runs, and equally great as a standalone later in the season when temps stay cool. This is included with your registration alongside the finisher's medal and much more!
2020

LIGHTWEIGHT TECH HOODIE

The fabric itself is custom made just for us. Fabric weight matters, and we think it's perfect to keep you warm on a chilly fall morning, yet not heavy enough to bog you down once you get a mile into your run or walk.
2021

LIGHTWEIGHT TECH HOODIE

The hoodie has drawstrings and features a zipper, which all helps to style your hoodie how you want. Tighten it up on those cooler days, or loosen it up as you get moving!
2022

LIGHTWEIGHT TECH HOODIE

There's a small zipper pocket on the back right to stash your ID or keys. Last but not least, it has thumb holes for added coziness!
2023

LIGHTWEIGHT TECH HOODIE

Sizes range from Youth Small to Adult 4XL. Use the simple size chart during registration to secure the perfect fit!
